CANCELLATION POLICY

• You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• If you cancel within the 2 hours of the start of your appointment or do not show, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service.

• Holiday Cancelation Policy: Any appointment scheduled on a holiday or the day preceding a holiday will be subject to our Holiday Cancelation Policy.

• Any appointment canceled after 24 hours or arriving to their appointment more than 5 minutes after their scheduled time will result in charging the card of file full price for the scheduled service.
